Account Deletion

ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY

You may delete your account at any time however this may impact your ability to access the Best Ride app and its features. As we treat your data with the greatest
security, we value your privacy.

In the event that you wish to have your account and data deleted, simply send us an email to info@bestride,com.au. You must include your mobile phone number, and the email address used to set up the account initially.

A verification message will be sent to your device and this will need to be responded to. As data is securely stored off site, this process may take a few weeks, however your request will be adhered to.

If you wish to reinstate the account, a new user profile will be required along with complete new user information.
